Erin Ghazi

Educational and Developmental Psychologist

Erin Ghazi is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist who supports children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She brings a gentle, neuroaffirming approach to her work and creates a warm, collaborative space for young people to feel safe, understood, and empowered.

With experience across public, private, and school-based settings, Erin provides therapy and assessments that are tailored to each individual and their support system. She works closely with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure holistic and consistent care, using evidence-based approaches delivered in a way that feels practical, creative, and developmentally appropriate.

Erin is especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent clients, including those with Autism and ADHD, and helping young people navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, learning differences, and life transitions. She also facilitates social therapeutic groups and enjoys mentoring teens to develop confidence, connection, and leadership skills.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology. She has worked in not-for-profit, private practice, and educational settings and is the director of Erin Victoria Psychology.
