Danielle Kaufman

Psychologist

Dani is a registered psychologist with a Master’s degree in Educational and Developmental Psychology from the University of Melbourne. She has a background working in both private and school settings.

Dani is a warm, friendly and nurturing psychologist who specialises in working with children, adolescents, parents and young adults. Dani is passionate about children and young people’s mental health and equipping them with the tools and coping skills to manage life’s challenges.

Drawing on a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, Dani tailors each session to meet the unique needs and personality of the individual. She utilises a mixture of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFBT), psychoeducation, and mindfulness. She also incorporates art and play throughout her sessions.

Dani believes in a collaborative approach to therapy. She focuses on providing a safe, welcoming and non-judgmental space for clients to feel understood, supported and heard.
