Expert in a variety of therapeutic methods, Lisa utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Attachment Therapy to address a spectrum of emotional, behavioural, and learning concerns. Her specialisation in these areas is backed by a Master of Counselling degree and membership in the Australian Counsellors Association.
